Appointment: presentation of both sides. Presentation of our method with examples based on your information provided in advance. Demonstration of rewarding potentials from our first analysis step.

Generally, at this time, you will receive an evaluation of your current company by an independent consultant.

If potential is found, and given both sides, you as a company and we also see significant potential for optimization, we can arrange a next step.

Carrying out the potential analysis on a selected topic from out our findings with the concerted objectives and scheduling of your company.

For the first orientation we provide an overview here. Project with standard complexity: Duration: 1 - 3 months; Costs: 36,000 EUR plus travel expenses. Basis: Consultant team consisting of 2 partners:
